the room had drawings all over the wall, the fan in the bathroom was broken, there was black stuff all over the bathroom ceiling, and the bathroom light didn’t work.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, would recommend this place to friends visiting Omaha.

Great place to stay for vacation

There were gnats in the bathroom, and it was just not clean. It also seemed as though the towels and bed linens were in rough shape. Lots of dust and grime. I will say the staff was very kind and helpful.

There is very limited parking. The parking lot could use an expansion. The room was clean, but you can tell there is a minor remodel going on. There was smell of fresh paint. It was nice on how close it was to the activities we were doing but not close to many food options especially of those with certified Gluten Free options. We arrived around 2:55pm which was 5 minutes prior to when we said we would arrive (3:00PM) in our electronic check in and were told that we would have to wait even past that time. We were not in a rush and didn't mind waiting. The wait was because the person on duty was waiting for house cleaning to send through the updated room clean list. Understanding that is important for strategic placing for each guest. Breakfast was reasonable. It seemed there were issues with the waffle batter spout. Everything else seemed to work efficiently for breakfast. The hot tub and pool area did not have a lot of towels in it. It is not monitored consistently especially during the busy times. The hot tub is more of a warm tub. It was more of a perfect water temperature for kids to be in rather than adults. The switch for the bubbles needs fixed. It is not aligned to turn them on high. But is aligned to turn them off and on very low. The brochures at the front door do not have a lot for the local area if any. There were a lot for other cities that were more of hours away and not for things to do in Omaha.
